Mark  rejoined LJ in 1996 and became its President in 2000.  During this time, LJ has doubled the size of  its manufacturing space and number of machining centers, has added sophisticated MRP and BI software systems, and has realized sales growth of over 400%.  Mark holds a Bachelor of Science from CSULB and a Law Degree from U.C. Davis.

Operations Manager

Randy has over 25 years of manufacturing, management, and operational experience in the machining industry.  He leads a talented team of experienced programmers and quality personnel to assist customers during a product's design and beta testing phases to help drive down manufacturing cost. Randy consults with LJ's Production team to drive down manufacturing cost and incorporate lean manufacturing principles with state of the art equipment and tooling technologies.
