LJ has the physical capacity and planning systems necessary to meet our customers' production needs.  LJ has 21 CNC milling centers and 11 CNC turning centers dedicated to production manufacturing.  The centers are managed through a combination of planning tools, including:

Capacity Models

To determine whether LJ has sufficient machining capacity to meet its customers' projected needs.

Global Scheduling

To schedule all active jobs based on promised delivery dates. This helps our planners prepare for the sequence in which jobs will arrive to each particular work center.

Bar Code Tracking

To provide real time tracking of all operations. This allows LJ's planners to monitor each job, and enables LJ's customer support personnel to provide our customers with real time status for any order.
