LJ has a separate facility and staff dedicated to its customers' prototype development projects.  LJ's programmers utilize Master Cam X3, Solid Works, and Geopath.  This allows them to produce programs directly from solid models and create both machining and inspection programs in a very short time while maintaining the integrity of the customer's  model geometry.  LJ's new product commitment to its customers include:

• Respond to all Customer RFQs within 24 hours
• Perform cost and manufacturing analysis for all projects to allow customers to perform design review and costing evaluations
• Ability to import all common CAD and Solid Model types  
• Provide detailed project timelines
